TOPSTRETCHING is a company that has created stretching as a fitness direction for ladies only more than 8 years ago. We opened our first studio in the UAE in 2019 and kept expanding in the country since then.
The main mission of our company is to make stretching accessible to all women locally. We have a team of professional trainers, many of whom are champions in gymnastics, fitness competitions, etc. Our trainers have undergone a strict training on human body anatomy and many of them have degrees in medical field.

Yes, from the age of 16 you can do AEROSTRETCHING® and SPLIT SCHOOL in the presence of parents. From the age of 18, all classes of the studio are available.
If you are injured and start training on your own, you assume all the risks associated with doing sports when visiting the studio. We recommend you to undergo a medical examination and obtain your doctor's approval.
