TOPBODY
TOPBODY is functional training with cardio workout aimed at losing weight and get nice body shape with use of small weight as dumbbells and resistance bands. Training helps to keep your muscles toned and drop excess weight.
TRX
These classes are one of our core specialties and they help you tone your body, lose weight and improve strength & endurance. It’s active study of the main muscle groups on the TRX simulator using additional small functional equipment. Classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes. As a result of training, the ligamentous apparatus develops and strengthens, which helps to significantly reduce the risk of injuries both in everyday life and during fitness classes.

TRAINING ATTENDANCE RULES
CHOOSE YOUR LEVEL
Workouts are divided into LITE, BASE and PRO levels for your convenience. If you have ever encountered stretching, then the BASE level is suitable for you, the trainer will redirect you to PRO after the first lesson if it's necessary. First-timers in Split School are recommended to choose the LITE level.
We recommend to wear comfortable clothes, which does not restrict movement. Shoes should fit you perfectly, so as not to get injured during exercises.
The more relaxed you are, the better your muscles stretch. Hence, the more effective will be the help of a coach who will take you under his wing, will not disregard and will help with the first doubts and difficulties.
