TRX

Choose your ideal workout level including BASE and PRO options for utmost convenience. If you're familiar with stretching, BASE level suits you best, and our trainer will guide you to PRO once your skills improve.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows unrestricted movement. Ensure your shoes fit perfectly to prevent injuries during exercises.
No worries if you're new to stretching and feel unfamiliar with the concept of flexibility. Relaxation is key as it allows your muscles to stretch more effectively. Our supportive coach will take you under their wing, addressing any doubts or difficulties you may encounter and ensuring you make the most of your experience.
