CHOOSE YOUR LEVEL
Workouts are divided into LITE, BASE and PRO levels for your convenience. If you have ever encountered stretching, then the BASE level is suitable for you, the trainer will redirect you to PRO after the first lesson if it's necessary. First-timers in Split School are recommended to choose the LITE level.
We recommend to wear comfortable clothes, which does not restrict movement. Shoes should fit you perfectly, so as not to get injured during exercises.
The more relaxed you are, the better your muscles stretch. Hence, the more effective will be the help of a coach who will take you under his wing, will not disregard and will help with the first doubts and difficulties.
