Preparing for Your Session
Consume your pre-exercise meal 1.5 hours before the class.

For classes, wear the designated uniform: - T-shirt - Leggings or sports suit - Socks (mandatory)

No worries if you're new to ballet. Our training follows the "From Simple to Complex" system. With the guidance of our coach, you'll confidently master even the most challenging ballet combinations.
