Preparing for Your Session
Consume your pre-exercise meal 1.5 hours before the class.

For classes, wear the designated uniform:

No worries if you're new to ballet. Our training follows the "From Simple to Complex" system. With the guidance of our coach, you'll confidently master even the most challenging ballet combinations.
