1. Functional training. Low body + abs ( This workout for lower body, incliding the hips, glutes, legs and abs. You gonna work with your bodyweight or you can use dumbbells if you wish. The lower body workout focused on stamina, fat burning, balance ans stability)

2. Stretching. Back and front split (a program aimed at improving posture and reducing back pain. We will also work out your front split and make your muscles more flexible)

3. Pilates (special direction to make your movements smooth and elastic and the breath is conscious. Helps tone muscles and improve well-being)

4. Functional training. Upper body + abs (Upper body exercises are a great way to carve your back, shoulders, and abs, and they can also help to make the sculpted arms. These exercises also make you stronger and make everyday tasks easier)

5. Stretching. Back and middle split (a program aimed at improving posture and reducing back pain. We will also work out your middle split and make your muscles more flexible )

6. Pilates (special direction to make your movements smooth and elastic and the breath is conscious. Helps tone muscles and improve well-being)

4. Functional training. Tabata (An intense full body tabata workout! 3 circuits that include 10 moves each. 4 Rounds of each circuit to really get that heart rate up! Tabata format is 20s on + 15s rest. )

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU IN THIS ONLINE MARATHON?
30 days of intensive work on yourself: your body, mind and inner world, starting from LITE level and reaching PRO

28 workouts aimed to strengthen your core, develop strength and activate all muscles.

  • 2 lessons per week aimed to stretching only: working out front and middle splits, as well as work with the back.
  • 2 lessons per week focused on strength training. We will pump our muscles evenly. Powerful cardio workouts to develop endurance and increase metabolism.
  • Pilates. Work with balance, neck and foot stretch.
  • 4 authors gift trainings. That will allow each of you to develop plasticity, grace and femininity
HOW MUCH WORKOUTS WILL I HAVE PER WEEK?
7 - lessons 7 days a week:
2 days a week functional training. Upper body, Low body, abs. Lesson up to 60 minutes.
2 days a week stretching trainings. Front and middle split and back. Lesson up to 60 minutes.
2 days a week pilates trainings. Whole body + abs. Lesson up to 60 minutes.
1 day a week for surprise gift training. Lesson up to 60 minutes.
WHAT SHOULD BE THE LEVEL OF ACTIVITY FOR THE MARATHON?
The marathon program is suitable for all levels. It doesn't matter how prepared you are now. We will increase the load gradually.
HOW DO I UNDERSTAND IF I DO EXERCISES CORRECTLY?
We record our workouts in an understandable way, detailing those nuances of the technique of performing the training process.
But if you still have a question, you can safely ask it in the chat of the participants or text to this trainer personally. The trainers and project managers of the marathon are available for you 24/7.
HOW MANY TIME WILL THE TRAININGS BE AVAILABLE?

So, what can I say...? Personally I have lots to say, and *breathtaking* is the word that can describe it at the best. I've done boh two marathons, and they are simply wonderful and with an innovative idea 💡🤩

I recommend it to everyone, beginners and advanced. I wish one day to take part of a real class in Dubai. And why not, maybe Anna's will open a gym like that in Milan as well (😏🤙)

The best part of the Marathon and the meaning reason why I joined them is for stretching workouts, but then I fell in love also for the others tasks and tips and workouts that have changed completely in positive and better my lifestyle and daily routine.

I think this was the best thing out of my time in quarantine! You girls really pulled off an amazing online marathon that was super engaging, fun and effective. I'm usually so tempted to sign up for anything online because it's all pre-recorded with limited support and feedback which sucks. But the support I got from you, the amazing girls here and the marathon was UNBELIEVABLE. My expectation at first was something super basic because of the price I paid but I was caught absolutely off guard with the quality of the marathon! Well done and massive thank you! After doing both marathons I can't describe with words how satisfied I am.
