ABOUT ME
▫️ From a very young age, I was accustomed to coming to the training hall in order to get better every day and get closer to my goal! And for many years I have not changed my principles. "Not a day goes by in vain!" - that's my motto! And now, when I have the experience of working with the most professional coaches and educators in the world behind me, I have put together all the accumulated knowledge base concerning our body and organism! Every day I share this knowledge with those who want to become stretched, flexible, plastic! In my classes, I try to convey to our clients all the details and rules that contribute to the perfect stretching, so that everyone understands what they are doing and how! From the first minutes of the lesson, the studio is filled with positive energy and atmosphere! And with a good attitude, the results are achieved even faster!
