CHOOSE YOUR LEVEL

Workouts are divided into LITE, BASE and PRO levels for your convenience. If you have ever encountered stretching, then the BASE level is suitable for you, the trainer will redirect you to PRO after the first lesson if it's necessary. First-timers in Split School are recommended to choose the LITE level.

SPORTS WEAR
We recommend wearing leggings, a T-shirt (the armpit area must be covered) and socks. Our muscles are better able to withstand physical activity, in this case stretching, when they are warm. In addition to warming up your body, it is very important to keep warm throughout your workout.

RIGHT MOOD
Even if you have never done stretching and it seems to you that the body does not know the word "flexibility", believe us, there is nothing to worry about. The more relaxed you are, the better your muscles stretch. Hence, the more effective will be the help of a coach who will take you under his wing, will not disregard and will help with the first doubts and difficulties.
