How often will we work out?
Lessons will open every other day.
The next lesson will be available only if you have completed your homework from the previous lesson.
Can I do my workouts at home?
Sure! You can work out wherever it is comfortable for you, you only need a mat and 2 square meters of space.
This marathon doesn’t suit you if
If you have heart disease, varicose veins, joint pain or back problems. In this case high-intensity training is not for you. If you are not sure if you can do it, it is better to consult a specialist. 
Do I need training equipment?
All you need is an exercise mat and your body.
I'm not sure that I will have enough time to study. How long is one workout?
One workout will take 20-30 minutes on average. All workouts will be available in your personal account. You can do them at a convenient time and according to a comfortable schedule. Do not worry, you will definitely have enough time for it!
I’m not sure if I can follow the meal plan, will I have specific recipes?
Yes, you will have a list of healthy products recommended for purchasing, as well as 25 simple and delicious recipes for every day: 10 breakfast options, 5 healthy snacks, 5 lunch options, and 5 dinner options. You will definitely have plenty to choose from!
