LEVEL SELECTION

Choose your ideal workout level including BASE and PRO options for utmost convenience. If you're familiar with stretching, BASE level suits you best, and our trainer will guide you to PRO once your skills develop.

APPROPRIATE SPORTS ATTIRE
To optimize your stretching experience, we recommend wearing leggings, a T-shirt (ensuring coverage of the armpit area), and socks. Keeping your muscles warm enhances their capacity for physical activity, especially during stretching exercises. Maintaining warmth throughout your workout is essential.

No worries if you're new to stretching and feel unfamiliar with the concept of flexibility. Relaxation is key as it allows your muscles to stretch more effectively.
